BE A BOARD MEMBER.

Alternative Residences Alternatives is seeking qualified individuals to serve on its governing board.
We are currently recruiting a:
  • Finance Expert
    Contribute financial expertise and insights to our organization. As a board member, your role will involve providing guidance and recommendations on financial matters, budgetary decisions, and fiscal strategies to support our mission. Your knowledge and experience in finance will be instrumental in shaping our strategic direction. This is not a request for financial counsel or representation, but rather an opportunity to provide insights and risks for our business as a valued board member.

What to expect as a board member:
• Understand and support the mission and vision of Alternative Residences.
• Understand the roles and responsibilities of a board member.
• Willing to attend meetings, serve on committees, and fulfill board service obligations.
• Ten meetings per year
• Monthly meetings are from 5pm-7pm (we do not meet in July and August)

Unable to commit as a Board Member?

BE A COMMITTEE MEMBER.

Lend your expertise as a member of our Admissions & Discharge Committee or our Building & Finance Committee that meet on an Ad Hoc basis a couple of times a year. Interested candidates are invited to submit a letter of interest and resume by email to edg@arainc.org.
